Shuffle 52 cards

ok, so i have this poker game i am working on.. but i haven't figured out how to shuffle 52 cards in the deck into 4 spots.. was was drawn and what hasn't - obviously you can't re-use the same card twice in a hand...
so basically i want to shuffle 52 cards - pick 4 and place them on the table for the user - the user then "holds" whatever cards and "darws" however many they discarded... basically a "hold-em" poker game..
